1. About the Service
The Service provides free, browser-based image, PDF, audio, and developer tools. Most tools work instantly with no account required, and new tools are added over time.
2. Your responsibilities
- Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others’ rights.
- Don’t place excessive automated load on the Service (scraping, bot abuse, etc.).
- Don’t submit other people’s personal data or malicious content to features that store data on our servers, such as the URL shortener.
3. Intellectual property
The Service’s design, branding, and code belong to Spellkit. Files you process through the tools, and the resulting output, remain yours — the Service claims no rights over that content.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for any particular purpose. As a free service, features may change or be discontinued without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of it. Since most tools run entirely in your browser, you’re responsible for the accuracy of the output and for managing your own files.
