How to extract a color palette

Get the key colors of a photo, logo, or screenshot — useful for building a design palette.

Steps

1. Choose an image. It's downsampled and analyzed entirely in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
2. Set the number of colors (4–12). The tool uses median-cut quantization to find representative colors.
3. Click a swatch to copy its hex code. Each swatch shows the percentage of the image it represents.

Transparent pixels are ignored, so PNG logos return clean palettes.
