How to remove a white background

Turn a white background transparent — great for logos, product shots, and stickers. Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Steps

1. Choose an image. It's drawn onto a checkerboard so you can see transparency.
2. Adjust the tolerance slider. 0 removes only pure white; higher values also clear off-white and light-gray pixels. Watch the live preview to find the sweet spot.
3. Remove background & download. The result is a PNG with a transparent background.

This is a fast color-threshold method — best for solid white backgrounds. For complex photos, a full AI background remover (coming soon) works better.
